When signing into a Vib'Star Account, means you have read, understood and agreed to our privacy policy.
This also means that you trust us with the information that we recieve and collect from you and your device(s).

Information we collect
1. Personal Info
When signing into a Vib'Star account, your provide us with your personal info.
- Your First and Last name: It is always Public. Your firstname is shown next to your actions, such as comments, orders and reviews. Both your names will be visible when someone views your profile.
- Your Email Address: It is always Private. Used to login, communicate with you, and account verifications.
- Area Location (not residential or workplace location): It is public by default Public, but may be set to Private. Used to display content in your location by default when you login.
- Password: Alway Private. Used for account security and crucial actions, such as ordering, login into business account, etc.
2. Device and Browser Info
- Browser Cookie(s): Used for authentication - checking whether you are logged in or not.
- Browser Subscription: Used to send you notifications about incoming messages, order updates, review requests, etc.
- Device location: To determine if you are within the serviceable radius distance for food and beverage orders.
3. Your activities here
- On the media: Your reactions and commenting on the media are always public and visible to anyone viewing the media and the business profile group that uploaded the media
- Menu Item Wishes: Private.
- Orders: Visible to you and the business profile group you order at.
- Reviews: Public - Visible to anyone viewing the profile associated with the reviewed item or place profile. Also visible to anyone viewing your profile.
- Session Location - Only seen by you. Used to display content associated the location
3rd Party Partners
- We do not share your info with any third party partner.
- We do collect some info about you from third party partners based on your permissions - names and email.
- 3rd party partner(s): Facebook
Managing Your Info
- We store your information or data into our databases and render it back when necessary.
- We store your personal, device and browser information for as long as your account is still active.
- Most of your action data is stored for up to 7 days (a week). Such as your wishes, media chats and reviews, etc.
- You can edit, update and delete your personal information by clicking on your name on the navigation bar and click settings. You will be given options to manage your information.
- We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
