We provide features that enables you to interact, trade and engage with these entities.

Allowing you to explore different choices and variations of products and services sold by our marchants. Giving you the freedom to express yourself and share your expressions off the platform. Which may earn you the marchant's purchase points.

Social proof is the cherry on top. You get to know what others, who have used the product or service think or feel about it.

We are constantly improving and making changes to the platform to improve our services. This means that these terms may change from time to time. However, you will be informed when those changes take effect.

The Use of Vib'Star

The sole use of this platform is growth amongst communities. This means that everything is ranked by its community or people that used it.

This is achieved by people promoting or depromoting a product or service based on satisfactory rate.

License

You are permitted to use this platform when you create a Vib'Star account and adhere to our terms of use.

Your permit to this license is terminated by deleting your account.

Our Terms

You are permitted to use this platform if you adhere to these terms:

• You can not use offensive or harmful language, speech, tone or content.

• You are liable for what your account does. Therefore, keep your account protected and private.

Your Permissions

In order for this platform to operate, we need some permissions from you.

• Content: The content you upload on the platform remain yours and we do not claim it. However, by submiting your content to the platform, that gives us gives a right or license to use, modify or alter and publish your content. All in the purpose of promoting and growing the platform.
• Grants: Some of this content may be covered by intellectual property rights. But we are permitted by you, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use the content.

Accounts

You create a Vib'Star account by giving us your details and agreeing to our policies.

You need a Vib'Star personal account to create a business account.

You can only terminate your account when you have a 100% status. This means that when you are not owing any entity or you have completed all your orders. By terminating your account, you are terminating your Vib'Star license and terms as well.

We may suspend or terminates accounts of users who are failing to comply with these terms.

Trade Policy

Vib'Star is a trade platform. We trade goods and services, and we have a standard way of doing so.

• We use cash or card for payment and Rand (R) as currency.
• We charge 11% the amount on a product on card or digital payments

Disclaimer

We do not promise you anything about the product or service. We do not guarantee you that the product or service is safe, secure or will work perfectly all the time. However, we do ensure that the business responsible for the product or service is permitted by law to sell that product or service.

We do not have full controll on what users or businesses say, comment or upload on the platform. Hence we do not take liability for actions taken by them in the platform.

This platform contains links to external websites. These links are mostly linked by users or businesses on the platform. Even though we ensure that these links are http(s) (for secure web browsing), we do not guarantee if the website is, and we have no controll what the website does to you, or your device. Limit of Liabilities

Permitted by law, Vib'Star shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential damages
• Personal and financial damages
• For businesses, loss of profits or revenues, tangible or intingible losess, directly or indirectly.
